    Skin test

    We do not offer any colour services for anyone under the age of 16.

    A number of colour services require a skin test a minimum of 48 hours prior to treatment.

    These are mandatory and we are unable to carry out any service until this has been completed.

    Skin tests are valid for 1 year when you have a colour service with us within 6 months of a 12-month period. You will need a new skin test if you have used a different colour from what we use in our salon, have used a box colour or had a Henna.

    If you have any medical history or medications you may be concerned about, please contact us and we can advise you if you will need a skin test (this includes Coronavirus).

    Consultation

    In salon we offer a free 15-minute consultation with a stylist of your choice and recommend this service to any clients that require a colour service. In this consultation we can give guidance and support to help you choose what you would like to do with your hair. We can evaluate the condition of your hair and carry out tests on your hair such as skin test, strand test, etc..

    We are a very easy-going salon and if you chose to have a service with a different stylist, we are happy for you to do this. All our stylists have exceptional experience and specialise in a variety of different services.

    Booking Fee's & Deposits

    We have the right to require a booking fee to secure future bookings.

    This is taken off your final balance at the end of your service.

    We reserve the right to add a payment to your account for cancellations made on the same day.

    We require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or amend your booking. If you have been requested to pay a deposit, this will be carried over to your next booking.

    If you cancel or amend your booking under 48 hours your deposit fee will be charged as a cancellation fee. This is an automatic setting on our system, and we are unable to override this.

    If you arrive to your appointment more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service, or you may be asked to reschedule your appointment. If we are forced to shorten your service due to your late arrival, you may still be charged the original appointment price due to the nature of your appointment. This will be at the managers discretion.

    If you arrive to the salon and have booked for a blow dry with your service and you change your mind to have a rough dry, you may still be charged as this a cancellation of service that is booked out for you.

    Quotations

    Quotes for services requested over the phone and for services booked online are subject to change and are based on our basic price list. All prices are ‘FROM’ on the basic price list and are subject to change. Sometimes additional time is needed, or extra product is used in which case the price will increase. If your hair needs a toner to give the best result, your stylist will inform you before of throughout your treatment.

    We recommend the best way to get a quote is to come in for a consultation.

    Complaint policy

    In the unlikely cause that you're dissatisfied with your service, we require you to contact us within 7 days of your visit. If this is a technical issue, we will take the time to put this right and you will not be charged. If you have changed your mind and want more cut off or more colour added, you will be required to pay for the stylist's time to carry this out.

    Please note, it is at the manager's discretion whether it is a technical issue or not.
